Allocate Labor

Open the Labor Allocation Screen
You can open the Labor Allocation screen from either the Folder by clicking the Labor Allocation button or
From the In Process tab, double-click the red "A" flag under the Alloc column (this flag will show if labor needs to be allocated).
Allocate Labor
The left side of the screen shows labor hours for each labor type on the Work Order.
Labor Allocation Overview:

Click the New "+" to start a new allocation line.

Select the Labor Type.

Choose P, F, or O and enter hours:

P (Percent): Defaults to 100%.

F (Flat): Enter a fixed number of hours (e.g., 5).

O (Override): Use when overpaying beyond job hours.

Select Resource Name:

The list filters by Labor Type and current Location.

Check boxes to view Resources from all Locations or all Labor Types.

Add additional lines as needed.

Labor can be split across types (Percent, Flat, Override).

Example: Allocate 100% of Body Labor to Resource A, and 5 flat hours to Resource B.

Resource B always receives the flat amount.

Resource A receives 100% of what remains.

Note: If job labor hours change, Flat allocations stay fixed, and Nexsyis recalculates Percent allocations.

Click Save when done.

Once labor is fully allocated, the red “A” flag will disappear from the In Process screen.
