Payroll Runs- Check Printing

The PayHR Payroll Check Runs (Payroll>Payroll Runs) screen features several checkboxes which allow for different options when printing:

Preview: This will display a PDF of the check for you to review before you print it

Checks: Check this box to print the entire check

Stub Only: Check this box to print only the check stub

Direct Deposit: Select this box to print a Direct Deposit check stub

Send as E-mail when Address is present: This will e-mail Direct Deposit stubs
