Cancel an Appointment

Tutorial: 

 

6 STEPS

1. Click Schedule Book

2. Double click on the appointment slot.

3. Select the Cancel Reason dropdown.

4. Select a reason, click NO SHOW

5. Click Save.

6. That's it. The appointment has been cancelled and removed from the schedule book.

Cancel an appointment

1. Open the Appointment from the Schedule Book.

2. Select a Cancel Reason from the drop-down

3. If you would like the customer to receive a cancellation text or e-mail, leave the box for "Send customer a Text/E-mail notification now" checked 

4. Click Save. 

 

Text/E-mail Cancellation Message Setup

Set up the Appointment Cancellation Notice message under Setup / Folder / Customer e-Communication & Web. 

Choose the group Folder Events and the message type "Appointment Cancellation Notice"
