Online Appointment Scheduling (Customer View)

Customers can schedule drop and/or estimate appointments online. The appointment availability comes directly from your location schedule book.

Customer View of Setting up an Online Appointment 

1. Customers will type in their zipcode or enable their Geolocation to find and select a shop to make an appointment. 

 

 

2. Customers will first select if they want to make a drop-off appointment or an estimate appointment. (You can choose to allow only drops or only estimate appointments for online scheduling) 

- NOTE:  If the customer selects to have an estimate, the options in the purple box will appear for them to choose to do an online photo estimate or to come in for an estimate. 

3. Customers will select a date to see available appointment times. (Days that are greyed out do not have availability)

A. Customers will select a time from the drop down

B. Enter contact information

C. Select/Enter a Vehicle for the Appointment - If it is a returning customer, their previously recorded vehicle will appear by their phone number. If they are bringing in a different vehicle or they are a new customer, they will enter their vehicle information below. 

D. Select "Schedule Appointment" 

 

5. A confirmation page will appear for the customer. 

 

6. A folder will be generated and the appointment will be shown in your schedule book.
