Online Appointment Scheduling (Customer View)
Customers can schedule drop and/or estimate appointments online. The appointment availability comes directly from your location schedule book.

Customer View of Setting up an Online Appointment
1. Customers can either enter their ZIP code or enable Geolocation to find and select a nearby shop for their appointment.

Customers will first choose whether they want to schedule a drop-off appointment or an estimate appointment.
(You can configure the system to allow only drop-offs, only estimates, or both for online scheduling.)

Note: If the customer selects estimate, they'll be presented with additional options—such as completing an online photo estimate or coming in-person for an estimate (shown in the purple box).

Customers then select a date to view available appointment times.
(Dates that are greyed out indicate no availability.)
4. Appointment Scheduling Steps:
A. Select a Time – Choose an available time from the dropdown list.
B. Enter Contact Information – Provide name, phone number, and email.
C. Select or Enter Vehicle –
- Returning customers will see previously entered vehicles associated with their phone number.
- New or different vehicles can be entered manually.
D. Click "Schedule Appointment" – Finalize and submit the appointment.
5. A confirmation page will appear for the customer.
6. A folder will be generated and the appointment will be shown in your schedule book.
