Online Appointment Scheduling Setup

Setup Needed

1. Setup / Scheduling / Appointment Types

Check the Box "Use this appointment type for customer online scheduling" - THIS MUST BE CHECKED FOR ONLINE SCHEDULING.
If allowing online estimate appointments, choose your "Estimate" appointment class.
If allowing online drop-off appointments, choose your "Drop" appointment class.

Note: only one of each Appointment Class is allowed for Web Scheduling

2) Contact Nexsyis for your company's custom online appointment scheduling url(s). You will place a button on your website that directs to these url(s)

3) Review the slot schedule (will determine dates/times that show as available) for the appointment types you choose.
