CSI Setup

Configuring CSI

1.  Configure the default CSI Processor on the Preferences record, which can be found in System->Setup->Company->Preferences->Folders tab.
 

 

2.  For each location, create records in the LocIdentifier table, containing the CSIProcessor code and an Identifier. Identifier is established as a) Autochex = “”, Nexsyis = “”, All = “”, = “”

 

3.  Select any insurance company from the Insurance screen, open it, and click save and the records will be created in the InsCSIProcessor table.


Certain insurance companies might need to be configured to send Claimants only. By default, we only pull non-claimants, but each insurance company can be configured independently for including Claimants and Excluding Insureds.

 

CSI Codes

Autochex: (ACHX) : Use ACHXID as the tag and Use the USAA PSPCode when they are on the USAA stars program, otherwise use LocCode followed by “000”

CSI Complete: (CSIC) Use CSICID as the tab and use the LocCode as the Identifier
