Adding QC Items to a Repair Stage

Note: You will only see QC changes on Folders created after the change was made. It will not retroactively apply new QC or changes to Folders already In Process

Quality Control items are recorded by Repair Stage. 

To add QC items to a Repair Stage follow the instructions below.

 

1. Open Settings / Setup / Production / Stages/Quality Control

2. Select the Repair Stage and click the Quality Control tab

 

3. Type your 1st QC item into the grid on the first line. 

   - You may choose to have the QC item ONLY APPLY to a particular Location, Make, and/or Insurance Company. If selected, the QC item will only appear for Folders that have that Loc + Make + Insurance company. 

  - Require Photos: the QC item will not be able to be marked as Completed until photos are attached

 

4. Click outside the line and a new line will automatically be added for the next QC item. 

 

5. When finished, click Save.

 

QC items can be re-ordered using the arrows on the right or marked Inactive if you would no longer like them included in the Stage.
