Schedule Book defaulting to wrong location

This happens when a user saves a global view with a location filter (Include selected filters with saved view checkbox).

Please try these trouble-shooting steps:

1.  Re-save Global view with "Include selected filters with saved view unchecked. *Requires permission to save Global views*

You can overwrite it back to no location filter by using these settings:

 

 

When the "Include selected filters with saved view" checkbox is checked, it will use the user's default location. 

 

Close and re-open the screen, it should be back to your default view. If not, see #2, you may have saved your settings individually in a view (outside of a Global view).

 

2. Save your individual view with "Include selected filters with saved view unchecked.

To reset your individual view, click the New button, leave the view name the same, but do not check the Global View checkbox. This will overwrite your individual view. 

 

 

Close and re-open the screen. 

3. Reset individual view back to company default

You can also try resetting your view to the default by clicking the reset button. Click "OK"

 

 

Click "No"
