Creating a new messaging group
A user can create a group of users to send messages or tasks to. To create a new group:
1. From the Team or Tasks sections, select the Groups button
2. Click New
3. A the top of the screen, enter the Group Name. Select users on the left side of the screen and move them to the right side to include them in the group by double-clicking or clicking the "Add" button. When finished, click Save. \\'
4. Your group will now show in your groups list
And will be available to select in the "To" field when sending a new message.
Creating a Global messaging group
Global messaging group will show in all users' messaging "To" lists.
An operator with the Transaction Permission "Global Internal Messaging Groups" will be able to add, edit, or delete Global Groups.
If you have this permission, you will see a checkbox "Is Global Group?" next to the group name. Check this box to make the group available to all users.
