Nexsyis Estimate Import Information

Nexsyis supports

  • BMS import from CCC
  • EMS import data from Mitchell and Audatex/Qapter

BMS SETUP FOR CCC

  • Each location will need to add Nexsyis as an App in the CCC Secure Share Marketplace. Follow these instructions to enable Nexsyis in Secure Share: How to Enable Apps for Secure Share – CCC Knowledge Base , (Select Configure / CCC Secure Share. Browse for Nexsyis in the Marketplace and add to "My Apps". E-mail nexsupport@nexsyis.com that this is done and we will complete the setup.)
  • By default, supplements will auto-import into Nexsyis. If your company would prefer that only LOCKED supplements import automatically into Nexsyis, or that supplements are only imported manually by users, please let the Nexsyis support team know.

IMPORTING BMS: Clicking Save will send the estimate file to Nexsyis. Note, CCC will only actually save the estimate if it detects something on the estimate has changed.

To force it to send, click Secure Share.

Select “Nexsyis” and click “Send”.

EMS PATH OPTIONS FOR MITCHELL, AUDATEX/Qapter

  • Shop-level EMS path:
    - For new customers, the default path Nexsyis will check for EMS files is:  C:\NexEMS\Export
    - This path is set at the shop location level, so there is no need for each Nexsyis user to add their own.
  • User-level EMS path:
    - It is often necessary for a Nex user to have multiple EMS paths. To add an EMS path to your Nexsyis login, follow the steps here: https://kb.nexsyiscollision.com/operator-ems-path-setup

CREATING THE EMS FOLDERS IN WINDOWS
If you are unsure how to create the folders C:\NexEMS\Export & C:\NexEMS\Import folders in Windows, please refer to the following help document:  https://kb.nexsyiscollision.com/windows-ems-folders
