CT Hours Reporting
Cycle Time reporting in Nexsyis adheres to the industry standard where any duration less than a day is rounded up to 1 day.
For instance, if a Folder is in a repair stage for just 2 hours, the standard Cycle Time (CT) report would still show 1 day. Similarly, if a Folder arrives at 4:30 PM on Monday and leaves at 9:30 AM on Tuesday, the report would indicate 2 days.
However, there are specific reports that deviate from this standard. These reports calculate Cycle Time in hours, based on an 8 AM to 5 PM workday.
In the case of the 2-hour example, such a report would show 2 hours for the cycle time. This calculation remains the same even if the Folder arrives at 4:30 PM on Monday and leaves at 9:30 AM on Tuesday.
