Excel Shell Template Instructions

Open the Excel Report and ensure that all macros are enabled.

The title for the report will automatically appear in cell A1.

On the Parameters worksheet, enter your Server Name and Database in the corresponding green cells.

In the Clear Data on Save green cell, enter “N” for No or “Y” for Yes depending on whether or not you would like all of the data to be automatically cleared after you save the document.

Type in any other parameters specific to the report

Click the Refresh button to run the report (this button will always be located at the top of the report screen).

Save these updated reports on the network in your reports/templates folder.
