Custom Report Footers

The report footer on the Nexsyis Customer Statement, Invoice, Estimate, and Purchase Order can contain customized for your company. This can be used for important information about your shop, disclaimers, or a customer signature line. 

To edit the footers on these reports, open Setup / Preferences and click the Reporting Disclaimers & Text tab. Note: Transaction Permission: Preferences Form is required. 

Select the Report and type or paste the text into the Report Text box. Text will appear at the footer of the report exactly as you have typed/spaced it. The text formatting cannot be customized and this setting is company-wide.
