Sales by Folder
Overview
To access, open the Reporting tab and select Sales by Folder
This is a dynamic sales reporting screen that can be printed or exported to excel.
Based on your filter selections, Sales totals are calculated and shown on the bottom-right of the screen
If a Folder number is red, it indicates that the Folder has transactions in more than 1 GL period.
Right-click over the Folder number and select "View Transaction Details" to see the transaction GL dates & amounts
Selecting Filters
Date Range Period
You can set your time period in three ways
1. Select the period drop down and choose your preferred period
2. Select a YrNoPer range by clicking the "Year No Period" icon
3. Select a custom period by clicking the calendar icon and choosing a date range
Group by
Select your preference from the Group drop down arrow and the output will be grouped accordingly:
Your options are:
1. By Folder, By Estimate, By GL Date: Based upon the criteria you selected, the totals in the grid are by GL Date separating each estimate for the folder.
2. By Folder, By Estimate: Based upon the criteria you selected, the totals in the grid are at the estimate-level. You can have multiple estimates per folder, so this will display all folder estimates.
3. By Folder, By GL Date: Based upon the criteria you selected, the totals in the grid are by folder and GL Date. You can have multiple folders shown depending on how many times the folder was invoiced.
4. By Folder: Based upon the criteria you selected, the totals in the grid are by folder
Grid Preferences (Filter, Show/Hide Columns)
The grid can be filtered, grouped, and columns can be added or removed based on your specific preferences.

Save Filters as a View
To add a new View, set your filter & column preferences and click the N"ew View" button
A box will pop up prompting you to name the new view, click OK when finished
Click "Yes" if you wish to set this view system wide for all employees (will only work if you have permission)
Click "No" if you wish for the view to be a personal view
You can see all Views and whether they are system wide by selecting the drop down next to View
System wide Views will have a "1" in the Sys View column
