Report Subscriptions
You can Subscribe to Reports to have them delivered to you via email. You can customize when and who receives the report.
Subscribing to a New Report
Reporting>Reports>Report List Tab
Select the Report you would like to subscribe to.
In the example, we will be subscribing to an Allowed Exceptions Report.
Under Date Criteria, select a date parameter for your report. Your Report will always encompass that date range.
Then make your selections from the Group by section and the Filters section for Location(s).
Once you have customized your criteria, click the orange Subscribe icon on the bottom left button bar.
A text box will appear and ask you to give a custom name to your Report Subscription.
A window will open, allowing you to set the schedule and email addresses.
Double-click on the line of the Report you just created to set up the Execution Schedule.
Select how often you want the report sent out under Schedule Settings.
Select a start date, stop date and start time (it will automatically default to current time).
Select an Output format (PDF or Excel).
Click on the delivery tab.
Enter at least one email address you would like the report to be sent to under the Manual Email entry field (if you store employee email addresses in PayHR, you can use the search box above). After you type in the email, click the green plus icon. Repeat for any other email addresses, if you are finished, click Save.
Editing Existing Subscriptions
A user can set up and maintain their own subscription to any report they have permission to. If a change needs to be made to an existing subscription, i.e. adding a new user, either the subscription creator needs to add them or a user with the transaction permission to "Manage all report subscriptions" can.
To edit the parameters, go under the subscriptions tab and select your subscription on the left. Once selected, it will appear to the right.
When you are finished, click Save.
To edit the Subscriptions schedule, you can either click the email icon on the button bar of the parameters page, or you can click the Manage Subscriptions button from the Reporting tab.
Double Click the line to access the Execution Schedule and Delivery Settings.
Click Save when finished.
