Using the Folder Tracking Screen
The Folder Tracking screen is a dynamic reporting screen that allows you to generate lists of folders by a specific date type during a period. A wide variety of columns are available to you under the Column Chooser, enabling you to be very specific with the data you generate. For example, you could use the Folder Tracking screen to look at Folders Created (Date Type) Last Month (Period) with a Rental (filter by the Rental column).
Begin under the Reporting tab and click on the Folder Tracking
Example 1: Folders Created Last Month with an Enterprise Rental
Select Date Type: "Folder Created Date", Period: "Last Month", show the "Rental" column and filter by "Enterprise".
*TIP* Show the "Created User" column to see who created each folder.
Example 2: Total Loss vehicles Delivered This Year
Select Date Type: "Delivery Date", Period: "This Year", show the "Disposition" column and filter by "Total"
*TIP* Print or Export the list to Excel using the buttons below the grid.
Example 3: Vehicles In Process for certain insurance companies with Refinish Hours > 12
Select Date Type: Arrival Date, Period: date range large enough to capture all WIP
Filter grid by desired Insurance companies using the Insurance column
Right-click over the Delivered column and select Filter Editor from the menu.
1. Click the "+" by the And to Set Delivered "Is null"
2. Click the "+" by the And to select "RHrs" greater than or equal to 12
