Subscribing to Receive Reports
Did you know that you can subscribe to Reports to have them automatically e-mailed to you or your coworkers?
From the Reporting tab, open the Reports Screen
First, select the Report you would like to subscribe to. Under Date Criteria, select a date period for your report.
**Note: Select a range other than Custom, as the Report will always use this date if you do**
Then make your selections from the Group by section and the Filters section.
Once you have set your parameters, click the orange Subscribe icon on the bottom left button bar.
A text box will appear and ask you to give a custom name to your Report Subscription.
A window will open, allowing you to set the schedule and email addresses
Double-click on the line of the Report you just created to set up the Execution Schedule. Select how often you want the report sent out under Schedule Settings. Select a Start Date, Stop Date and Start Time (will automatically default to current time). Select an Output format (PDF or Excel).
Click on the Delivery tab.
Enter at least one email address you would like the report to be sent to under the Manual Email entry field (if you store employee email addresses in PayHR, you can use the search box above). After you type in the email, click the green plus icon. Repeat for any other email addresses, when you are finished, click Save.
