Tracking Capture Rate

In Nexsyis, you should regularly monitor the opportunities tab so that you can mark folders as "Lost Opportunities" when you know they are for vehicles you will not repair.

Step One: Manage Opportunities

Regularly monitor the Opportunities tab of the Vehicle Center. Attempt to contact the customer to schedule the vehicle for a Drop Appointment. Tips: Sort by the Created column to view Folders in order of created date. Record any interactions or attempts in Notes. 

Step Two: Mark any Folders you will not be repairing as a "Lost Opportunity"
From the Summary tab of the Folder, select the Lost Opportunity button and select "Yes" when prompted. For more information see Lost Opportunity.

Step Three: Run the Estimate (or Folder) Capture Analysis Report and the Lost Opportunity Analysis Report
Open Reporting > Reports > Operations and select your desired report

  • Estimate Capture Analysis: will show the % of Estimate Opportunities converted to Repairs or Total Losses. Note: an Estimate is considered to be converted to a Repair when the Work Order is created. 
  • Folder Capture Analysis: will show the % of Folder Opportunities converted to Repairs or Total Losses. Note: a Folder is considered to be converted to a Repair when the Work Order is created. 
  • Lost Opportunity Analysis: will show a list of Folders marked as "Lost Opportunity", including the Reason indicated. Also will show if there was any AP cost not refunded on the Folder and the Pre-Tax Total to give you an idea of the opportunity cost to your company.
