Saving a Grid View

Save a View with preset column choices, filters, and sorting 

First make any desired grid column adjustments by adding, removing, re-ordering, filtering, sorting, or grouping.
At the top of the screen (on available screens), you will see a "View" drop-down with the default view selected.

Adding / Editing / Deleting/ Resetting a View

To add a view: Click the New View button. Type in your description and click OK. Note: if you have permission to create company-wide views, you will see a "System View" checkbox. Otherwise, any views you save will just be for your login ID 
To edit an existing view: Click the New View button. Leave the description as-is and click OK 
To delete a view: Click the Delete View button. Users without System views permissions will not be allowed to delete System views from their lists
To reset a view: Click Reset View. This will reset any changes you've made using the "Save my grid layout" function back to the system default.
