Time Activities in the Nexsyis Collision Application
The following screens are available to allow companies not using Nexsyis Payroll to manage employee time from within the Nexsyis Collision application (these screens and functionality have been duplicated from the Nexsyis PayHR application).
Time
Time Clock
The Time Clock screen can be used by employees to clock in/out and view their clock hours for the week or prior week. For audit purposes, the program will record if the time was punched from within the NEXconnex application or from the free-standing version of the Time Clock application.
Approve Time
Managers with permissions can approve employee time directly from within the Nexsyis Collision application.
Employee Time
Managers with permissions can use this screen to view/add/edit employee time punches.
Absences
Managers with permissions can use this screen to enter a new employee absence record.
HR
Employees
Managers with permission can use this screen to change basic employee details such as Name, Status, Employment location and Supervisor
Payroll
These screens are for companies using Nexsyis Payroll. These activities are often done at a store level by managers who do not need full access to the PayHR program.
