Creating a New Template

In the Customer Communications setup screen, your company can create your own custom templates to be selected from the Template drop-down on the Folder Communications tab or Message Center screen. 

 

Begin by going to the setup tab > Customer Messaging & Tasks > Customer Messaging Templates

 

 

 

Next, click on "Custom", then go to the "new" button on the bottom of your screen to create a custom template.
