Clear Technicians filter
If you are not seeing all expected Folders in your Vehicle Center screen it could be because you unintentionally saved the Technicians filter with not all technicians selected.
To fix, follow the steps below:
1. Drop-down the Technicians filter and uncheck and re-check the "All" box to make sure all Technicians are selected and click OK
2. Resave the View by clicking "New View"
a. Leave the name of the view the same to overwrite the existing view
b. If you have permission, check the "Global View" checkbox to fix for all users
c. Do not select the checkbox for "Include selected filters"
