Explanation of Tabs

• Follow-Up: Customer contact requests

• Opportunities: Folders that have not been captured (marked with an Arrival date or scheduled for a Drop appointment), or marked as a Lost Opportunity or Total Loss

• Scheduled Drops: Folders with Drop Appointments

• In Process: Folders that have been marked Arrived and are in the repair process

• Completed Not Delivered: Folders that have a Completed date but not a Delivered date

• Final Review: Folders that have not been marked as “Reviewed”, or Folders that have changed since being marked “Reviewed”

• Outstanding AR: Folders that have been delivered and have an outstanding AR balance

**To set a tab as default, right-click over the tab and select Set as Default Tab**

**To add the search bar to your In Process Screen: Click on the screen and do "CTRL + F" on your Keyboard, then right-click over the grid and select "Save My Grid Layout". This will save the search bar to your screen.**
