Overview
The In Process tab is used for displaying vehicles in production (have an arrival date, but have not been marked with a completed date). It's flexible with setting the columns, filtering and grouping-by, adding and editing views and flags, and more.
Customizing Columns and Filtering
You can customize the columns that you see on the grid, as well as filter by each data point. Please see this help document for more information: Grid Functionality
**To add the search bar to your In Process Screen: Click on the screen and do "CTRL + F" on your Keyboard, then right-click over the grid and select "Save My Grid Layout". This will save the search bar to your screen.**
Views
“Views” can be set up at the top of the screen to establish preset views of columns and filters.
Change view
Select a new view from the drop-down list
Set the selected view as default
Right-click over the grid and select "Set Selected View as Default". This will load this view by default when you first open the tab
Adding/Editing a View
Once you've made your grid column changes, you can save these as a new View. Click the "New View" to add a new View to your list.
I
If you have permission (Transaction Permission: "Allow Editing of System Vehicle Center Grid Views") to create System views (will show in all users' lists), you will see the "System View" checkbox when naming your new view.
To Edit a View: Adjust your columns, set any filters and click the New button- leave the name the same as the current name and click "OK" (this will effectively overwrite the current view).

Group-By Status
Check the box to "Group by Status". This will separate the In Process grid into 3 separate grids: "In Progress" (Current Stage=Started), "Ready" (Current Stage=Completed), and "On Hold" (Current Stage= Paused).
Each grid can be individually customized and changes saved into a View at the top of the screen
