Vehicle Center - Scheduled Drops

Under the Scheduled Drops tab, you can see all the folders with Drop Appointments

To customize your grid see Grid Editing, Filtering and Grouping

All late Appointments will show in red under the Scheduled Column.

If the vehicle has pre-ordered parts, under the Pre Ord column there will be a yellow box with a Y in it. If you double-click the box, the Purchase Assistant screen will load.

You can access the customer folder by double-clicking the line of the Customer Folder you wish to view, or selecting the line and clicking the Folder icon on the bottom button bar.

You can access the Appointment Book if you need to change your Appointment details by clicking the Appointment icon on the bottom button bar.
