Filtering by Technician

Open the Vehicle Center / In Process tab. Make sure that you are showing the column "Techs" (this is different from the column "Tech" which only shows the Body Technician).

Hover over the column header row until you see the funnel "filter" icon. Click the filter icon to see a list of all technicians currently showing in the grid. Select the technician you would like to filter by from the list.

Once you have selected a name, the grid will only show Folders that that technician is assigned to. You can see the filter you've chosen at the bottom left of the grid. To clear the filter, click the  button that shows before the name.

Printing a Technician's List

Filter by the technician, and click the Print button at the bottom of the screen.

Note: this will essentially print the grid showing on the screen. Nexsyis will try and format the column sizing to show as much information as possile. If you see something is cut off, resize the column on the grid and re-print.

Setting Priorities by Technician

Overview

The Priority column is designed to allow you to set priorities for the whole location, and separate priorities for individual technicians. If you’re in “location view” (no filter) and set priorities, they will not transfer once you filter by technician. If you set when filtered by tech, you will not see these when you remove the filter to view the whole location

Use the In Process grid, PRI and Techs columns to set priorities for technicians.

The "+" button can be clicked to show all technicians allocated on the job:

Set Priority

You can set priorities both for the entire department and for individual technicians.

To set priorities for the entire department, simply type the priority number into the PRI column:

To set vehicle priorities for an individual technician, filter by that technician (you will not see department priorities when filtering by a technician):

Then type the priority number in the PRI column.

To clear individual Technician filter, click the small “X” in the bottom left of the screen.
