The Refinish Date Column
In the In Process tab of the Vehicle Center, you can have the Refinish Date column can be set manually with an expected Refinish Date (date the vehicle should be in paint).
Refinish Date Color Changes
The Refinish date will turn yellow one day before, and red the day of the paint date. Ideally, vehicles with a red Refinish date should be in the paint stage.
Setting the Refinish Date in the Vehicle Center
Add the Refinish column to your view by selecting it from the Column Chooser and Saving your Grid Layout.
Manual Mode
Simply click within the Refinish date column to select the date you expect the vehicle to be in paint
Setting up a Paint Capacity View
In addition to this, we recommend adding a View in the In Process tab called "Paint Capacity" that groups the grid by Refinish Date.
If you select this View from the drop down, it will group the grid data by Refinish Date.
This will show you the total number of hours scheduled by Refinish Date.
