Vehicle Center

Overview

 

The Follow-Ups tab on the Vehicle Center shows all unprocessed follow-up notifications for the current day and past days.

Any late notifications from prior days will show the Scheduled date in red.

 

To filter by Follow Ups assigned to you, use the grid filter on the “Assigned To” column.

 

You can right-click over the grid and select “Save My Grid Layout” to always filter by Follow Ups assigned to you.

 

 

To remove a Follow Up from the list, you must process the Follow Up.

 Processing a Follow-Up

From the Vehicle Center Follow-Ups tab, double-click on the Follow-Up line (late Follow Ups will show in red):

Processing Via E-Mail/Text

Key in your e-mail/text message and click the Process button (green check) at the bottom of the screen to send.

 

 

Your e-mail/text message will be sent automatically

 

Processing Via Phone

If you called the customer, key a note of what you discussed and click Save.

 

All processed follow-ups will show in the Notes tab of the Folder.
