Printing Refund Checks
Tutorial:
Open Accounting / Accounts Receivable / Refunds
Select the "Pending Processing" tab
Use the checkboxes under the "Sel" column to select the Refunds you wish to create checks for.
At the bottom of the screen, select the check date and bank and click the "Create Checks" button.
Go to the last tab, "Print Refunds"
The lines for the checks you just created will display.
You, or the appropriate party with approval permission, should check the box under the "Aprvd" column, or select the Approval All button to approval all checks to be printed.
Select each check you would like to print by checking the box under the "Sel" column.
Lastly, enter your Nexsyis password in the blank box and click the Print icon.
You will be asked if you would like to mark the checks as printed, check "yes" if you do not anticipate having to print another copy.
