Assigning Technicians to Repair Stages
1. Open the Repair Plan screen
2. Select the icon on the right side of the screen
3. To assign a technician to stage(s)
a. Check the boxes of the (stages) under the "Assign" column
b. Check the boxes of the technician(s) on the right
c. Click Save
4. The Assigned To column will now show the name of the selected technician(s)
5. If your company has the preference setting "RestrictTechToAssignedStages" enabled, technicians will only be able to clock to the Folders/stages assigned to them. Contact Nexsyis Support to enable this setting.
Auto Assign Stages to a Default Technician
If your shop consistently has the same technicians performing work on the same stages, you can have the stages auto-assigned when the Folder is created.
1. Open Setup / Production / Stages/Quality Control
2. Select the stage
3. On the right, under "Default Resource", click the "+" button
4. A new line will be added. From the drop-downs within the line, select the Location and then the Resource(s). Repeat step 3-4 for any additional locations.
5. Click Save. Repeat steps 2-4 for any additional repair stages
