Back Ordered Parts
We have added a new Parts status in Purchase Assistant for Back Ordered Parts. Ordered parts can be updated to this status by right-clicking on the line and selecting Toggle Back Order.

You can view parts marked as back ordered by using the filter in Purchase Assistant. To update a part back to the Ordered (Not Received) status, right-click on the line and select Toggle Back Order again.

Back Ordered parts included in a folder's Work Order will show B/O highlighted in pink in the Status column:
