The setup of the following company contact types are centralized into a "Company Contacts" screen:
Insurance Companies
Agents
Adjusters
Vendor Contacts (Vendors are view-only and should be managed under the separate AP Vendors screen)
Rental Companies
Fleets
Tow Companies
Use this new screen to view, add new, edit, or inactivate, or delete any contacts from these lists (permissions required).

Permission Needed: "Screen Permission - Insurance Companies: Change Insurance Company Details"
Permission Needed: " Screen Permission - Insurance Agents: Add/Change/Delete Insurance Agents"
Permission Needed: " Screen Permission - Insurance Adjusters: Add/Change/Delete Insurance Adjusters"

Permission Needed: "Transaction Permission - Vendor Contacts" & AP Vendor Class permission

Searching the Vendors screen will produce a list of both Vendors and Vendor Contacts for those vendors. Use the search bar to search either. You can only add or modify Vendor Contacts for a vendor from this screen (double-click on the Vendor name or click New to add a new vendor contact for that vendor). The AP Vendors screen should be used to modify your vendor master file.
