Allocate and View Labor in NexsyisNow

1. Navigate to the folder you want to allocate labor to. 

2. From the Quick Launch Bar, Select the "Labor" option.

A. At the top of your screen you can view a breakdown of labor types and hours. 

B. Select the "Edit" button to allocate labor hours. 

C. Select "Add Additional Labor Type" to add a labor type that does not exist on the folder. (You can only enter a Percent or Override Units when choosing this option. When you update your work order, the labor will adjust accordingly)

 

4. Allocate Labor - after selecting the "Edit" button, work your way left to right for each labor type. 

A. Select a Resource

B. Enter amount. Example: 100%, 50%, 5 flat, etc. 

C. Format - Percent, Flat or Override 

D. Enter Notes if applicable

E. Select the three dots if you need to split the labor between 2 or more techs. 

 

Select "Apply" when finished.
