NexsyisNow Presentation Mode
Overview
Presentation mode is a viewing feature of the NexsyisNow application that is perfect for projecting the production board on a large screen for a live view of your production list. In presentation mode, the page will automatically refresh every 60 seconds to deliver accurate and timely information. Users can customize the repair stage columns shown, as well as KPI cards.
Launching Presentation Mode
1. You can enter Presentation Mode from the login screen by selecting "Presentation Mode." A username and password is not required.
2. If you are already logged in, you can launch by clicking this button on the In Process tab
3. The application will take you to a selection criteria screen where you select: Board Type, State, Shop Location, Columns (Repair Stages), and KPI Cards to View. Once you have selected all the necessary criteria, click continue.
Note: When selecting Board Type, "Compact Card View" will display a scaled-down version of the traditional production screen list with minimal Folder information.

4. The NexsyisNow production home screen will open in presentation mode, displaying only the stages and KPI cards you have selected for view.
5. If you wish to change any display options or alternate back to a different view, simply click the gear icon in the top right-hand corner.
6. If you wish to use this same view on a different device, you can use the "Share" button to copy/ view a shareable URL
Enter a title that describes the share link and click the Generate Share Link button. Note: if you are an MSO, toggle on the "Prompt Shop to Select Location" before generating the link. The link generated will load all board setting except for the location and the user loading the board will be prompted to select a location.
KPI Cards Overview
You can choose KPI Cards to display at the top of your Production List or Presentation Mode on NexsyisNow. The data will refresh when the grid is refreshed.

Cycle Time WTD: Week to Date Arrived to Delivered Cycle Time and Hours Per Day
Cycle Time MTD: Month to Date Arrived to Delivered Cycle Time and Hours Per Day
Invoiced WTD: Week to Date Invoiced Count of Folders | $ Sales | Total Hours
Invoiced MTD: Month to Date Invoiced Count of Folders | $ Sales | Total Hours
Delivered WTD: Week to Date Delivered Count of Folders | Total Hours
Delivered MTD: Month to Date Delivered Count of Folders | Total Hours
Estimate not imported: Count of Folders without estimates
Tech not assigned: Count of Folders with labor not allocated (equal to "A" flag)
Choose KPI Cards on Presentation Mode
1. Select the Settings Icon in the top-right.
2. Remove and added KPI cards and select "Apply"
