Create New Folder using NexsyisNow Vehicle Check-In Feature 

Location Permission Required 
Only Manual Folders can be created in NexsyisNow - EMS folders will need to use the desktop application

Select the Search Bar at the Top of your Screen

1. From the top of your screen, search for a Folder by last name, claim number, VIN or phone number. 

You can also select the Barcode icon to use your camera to scan a VIN or Window Tag. 

 

 

 

Create a New Folder

Create a New Folder by clicking the "Create New Folder" button. 

You can enter the following fields (*indicates required)

- Folder Resource

- *Customer First & Last Name / Company Name

- Address 

- City

- State

- Zip

- Preferred Contact Method

-*Phone Number

-*Phone Type

- Secondary Contact Information

- Email

-*Opportnuity Source

- Insurance or Fleet

- Insurance Company

- Claim #

-VIN # (includes VIN scanner)

-*Vehicle Year

-*Vehicle Make

-*Vehicle Model

- License

- Color

- Paint Code

- Production Date

- Other ID

- Hat No

- *Mileage In

- *Repair Category

- Repair Plan

- Drive Status (Driveable or Not Driveable)

- Tow in 

-*Repair Type & associated questions 

 

 

After you finish inputting the above information, your Folder will be created in Nexsyis. 

You will be prompted with two options

1) View Folder

2) Close

 

 

 

Creating a New Folder Using NexsyisNow Desktop 

1. Open up NexsyisNow on your desktop. 

2. Select Search Bar at the top of the screen.
