Updating and Editing the Repair Plan in NexsyisNow

Transaction Permission - Allow editing in Vehicle Center for specific Folder Locations needed

In NexsyisNow you can update and edit the Repair Plan in two ways. First by using the Quick-Menu to advance the vehicle to the next stage. Second, from the folder, you can edit the plan utilizing other key features.

Using the Quick-Menu to Update the Repair Stage

1. From the Production List screen, find the vehicle you would like to advance to the next stage and select the three vertical dots on the right corner to open the quick-menu. Then select the option to "COMPLETE" the current stage.

2. Once the stage has been marked as complete, select the "START" option to advance the vehicle to the next stage.

If you start a new stage, the production screen will automatically refresh to show the changes made.

Editing the Repair Plan

From the folder screen, you can make edits to the vehicle's repair plan.

1. From the Production List, select the bold folder number of the vehicle that you want to edit or use the quick-menu to edit the repair plan.

2. From the folder, scroll to the bottom of the screen.

You can now add a repair plan stage by selecting the drop down, and inputting a sequence number, then selecting the "+" button.

3. Select the Templates Drop Down to change the repair plan type.

2. From the "Repair Plan Actions" drop down, you can input expected dates and assign resources.

3. From the Edit Repair Plan Page, start a new stage and stop a previous stage by using the square Stop icon and the triangular Start button in each stage's row.
