Viewing Appointments using NexsyisNow

Viewing Appointments in Presentation View

1. Log in to NexysisNow

2. Select the "Presentation" Icon

3. Select "Appointments" at the top left of the screen.

You can set display colors under the Appointment Types setup screen.

You must be logged in to see this view.

You can now view appointments in the folder in NexsyisNow.

1. Open the folder and select the Repair Drop Down, then select "Quick Launch/ Appointments / Repair Timeline.

2. Any Upcoming Appointments will appear on the screen.

NOTE: At this time, you cannot create, check-in or delete appointments in NexsyisNow.
