Shop Pay Lines on AP Invoices 

AP invoice lines that are attached to a Folder but not a Purchase Order are considered “Shop Pay.” Nexsyis makes it easy to track the cost of these items by allowing you to designate a financial category for Shop Pay lines to be applied automatically.

 


 

When AP invoice lines that are attached to a Folder but not linked to a PO line are entered, the financial category will automatically default to the “Shop Pay Fin Cat” specified in the Sales Code setup.

 

 

A user with the “Shop Pay Override” transaction permission can change (override) this financial category if needed.
