How To Use The Order Number

Parts to be ordered:

 

IN NEX.  The decision is made to buy a single part, the part is marked as ordered, disconnected from PartsTrader and assigned an order number that matches the PO Number:

 

IN PARTSTRADER, When placing an order, it is currently configured to generate an order number automatically:

 

When Orders are confirmed by different suppliers, the unique order number from PartsTrader is visible in NEX:

 

When it comes time to receive the parts, it doesn’t matter if the part was ordered in NEX or in PartsTrader, the Order Number is used to search for the part.

For Invoicing the parts, the Order Number can be searcehd and it will fill in the PO and Folder information:
