Recording Activity on a Courtesy Car

Once you have a Courtesy Car set up, you can use the Activity section to record any maintenance or other activity on the vehicle.

Transaction permission: Courtesy Cars Setup is required

Record Activity

Open Setup / Rental and Tow Companies / Courtesy Cars. Select the car. Use the Activity section to record maintenance records, etc.

Select the date and enter the description and click the "+" button to add.

The Activity will be added to the list. You can now attach documents to the activity line.

You can attach documents, such as service records, etc, to the Courtesy Car in the Courtesy Cars setup screen.

Open your document in the Imaging screen. Select Courtesy Car from the Folder menu.

The Courtesy Cars setup screen will open displaying all of the Courtesy Cars. Double-click to select the vehicle from the list.

Then, select the Activity record you are linking to and click the link button on the bottom-right of the button bar.

If an Attachment exists, an image icon will show in the Attachments column of the Activity grid.

View any attached images by selecting the Activity line and clicking the Images button on the bottom-right of the button bar.
