You will create a Work Order in the Folder once you're ready to do the work. The Work Order will be filled with all Parts & Labor lines from the estimate(s) and should be given to the technicians.
You can create a Work Order in two ways:
1.From the Folder, click the Work Order button, then click Yes.

2. Click the Vehicle Center button at the top left of your screen, then click the In Process tab. Right-click on the folder and select "work order".

Click Yes.

Once you've created the Work Order, open it and apply any necessary conversions to reflect how you will actually perform the work.
Once the Work Order has been created, the purchase lines will appear in the Purchase Assistant as white Not Ordered lines and Labor Lines will now appear on the Labor Allocation screen with hours to be assigned.
